Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

| Only For Kuching: • Free Delivery is offered for purchases above RM80 after discounts and is valid only for area within 15km from Kuching only . • For order below RM80, RM5 will be charged within Kuching area and RM10 will be charged for Lundu, Santubong, Bau and Samarahan area. | 3 business days to 3 weeks depend on your areas. |

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking reference.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
https://disinfectmalaysia.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees, if any, imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
https://disinfectmalaysia.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transportation. If you received your order damaged, please contact us or the transport carrier to file the incident.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Sarawak.
